Our Full Coordination package includes the coordination, implementation and handling of every single detail of your special day. From meeting with vendors, negotiating contracts to the handling of the smallest details, choosing the Full Coordination package ensures that your special day is completely stress free. The total fee for our Full Coordination package would be contingent on the date, location and wedding size but typically our Full Coordination package is approximately ten percent of the overall wedding budget.

Many couples choose to handle the planning of their special day but need someone to step in and orchestrate the actual wedding day. Our Day of Coordination package allows you to have a professional set of eyes on the finalization of the details and ensures seamless execution of all the hard work you put in on planning your wedding. On your wedding day, your coordinator will serve as the contact point for vendors, answer any questions that arise and handle any emergencies. Pricing for the Day of Coordination package would be contingent on the date, location and wedding size.
